murse

murse is a rewrite of ofatomic by int oftoast by int and I. For many it should be a drop-in replacement. The version compatible with TVN is currently alpha, but I'm using it in production. It also includes a much faster packer. This should be much, much faster than the CLI included with oflauncher-rei. In my testing it's also incredibly reliable.
